New Water Meters
The City of Winner will be requesting access to your homes for a mandatory switch to new metering systems over the course of the next year.
The switch will allow you access to your accounts for personal inspection online. Over the course of a year a history will be built and "Average Monthly Billing" will be possible for those, who would like to budget their utilities evenly over a 12-month period.
