ORDINANCE #1050 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING MINIMUM STANDARDS FOR
VACATION HOMES OPERATING WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF THE CITY OF FORT PIERRE

ORDINANCE #1051 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 809, CHAPTER F-2 SECTION F-2-1 DEFINITIONS, CHAPTER Q-1 SECTION Q-1-102 DEFINITIONS, CHAPTER Q-5 SECTION Q-5-104 CONDITIONAL USES, CHAPTER Q-6 SECTION Q-6-106 CONDITIONAL USES, AND CHAPTER Q-6 SECTION Q-6-206 CONDITIONAL USES, AND INSERTING CHAPTER Q-8 SECTION Q-8-104 CONDITIONAL USES, CHAPTER S-1 SECTION S-1-2A(7) APPLLICATION OF REGULATIONS AND CHAPTER S-1 SECTION S-1-5 FEE
The City of Fort Pierre Council will hold a public hearing regarding Ord #1050, an ordinance establishing minimum standards for Vacation Homes within the jurisdiction of the City of Fort Pierre, and Ord #1051, an ordinance amending various sections of Ordinance 809, specifically in regards to Section Q and conditional uses. The public hearing will be held on Monday, October 17, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. located at the SD Municipal League Meeting Room (208 Island Drive), Fort Pierre, SD. All interested persons are encouraged to attend in person and comment on Ord #1050.
Proposed Ord #1050 and #1051 will be made available for public inspection at the Fort Pierre City Office located at 08 E 2nd Ave, Fort Pierre, SD and on-line at www.fortpierre.com pursuant to SDCL Section 11-4 and amendments thereto.
Written comments may be filed by emailing the Finance Officer at r.heezen@fortpierre.com or by mailing them to the Finance Officer at PO Box 700, Fort Pierre, SD, SD 57532 to be received on or before noon on October 13, 2022.
