Beginning Tuesday, Aug. 23, there will be a traffic restriction at the intersection of Capitol Avenue and Elizabeth Street.
A portion of the intersection will be closed for paving work. However, two-way traffic will be maintained in the intersection throughout the construction process. Elizabeth St., between Capitol Ave. and Pleasant Dr., remains closed for construction.
The traffic restriction is expected to lift by Thursday, Aug. 25. Until then, drivers should slow down and anticipate delays in the construction zone.
