Spring have you thinking clean-up? The $2,500 reimbursement is still available from the Dev. Corp. for qualifying tear downs!
If you are interested, please contact a Development Corporation or housing group member! Names for both groups are listed on the City's website.
*A building permit is required from the city as per zoning so the initial permit would be from the City of Bonesteel. Once the tear down is complete, with the hole filled in, and all debris taken care of, a request to the BACDC to reimburse would take place.
