Census Bureau reports Yale population was 162 in 2020

Yale had a population of 162 people in 2020, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Central South Dakota News.

The median age was 40, with 42.6 percent of the total population being female and 57.4 percent male.

The state's total population in 2020 was 879,336.
