Of the 224 people living in Pollock in 2020, 40.6 percent (91) were women and 59.4 percent (133) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Central South Dakota News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 22. In the 65 and over age range, there were 33 females and 42 males.
