Of the 344 people living in Roscoe in 2020, 39.2 percent (135) were women and 60.8 percent (209) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Central South Dakota News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 65. In the 65 and over age range, there were 22 females and 26 males.
