Of the 2,073 people living in Rosebud in 2020, 46.6 percent (967) were women and 53.4 percent (1,106) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Central South Dakota News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 42. In the 65 and over age range, there were 106 females and 26 males.
