Of the 81 people living in Harrold in 2019, 45.7 percent (37) were women and 54.3 percent (44) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Central South Dakota News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 21-to-16. In the 65 and over age range, there were 15 females and 18 males.
