Of the 184 people living in Pollock in 2019, 41.8 percent (77) were women and 58.2 percent (107) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Central South Dakota News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 63-to-45. In the 65 and over age range, there were 30 females and 30 males.
