Of the 272 people living in Spring Creek in 2019, 48.5 percent (132) were women and 51.5 percent (140) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Central South Dakota News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 93-to-51. In the 65 and over age range, there were 13 females and 15 males.
